Please allow 1-5 business days for our team to process and prepare your order for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer fully insured shipping to our clients worldwide.
- Domestic Shipping (United States): We offer complimentary (free) insured shipping on all orders over $20 USD. For orders under $20, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 applies. Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your location.
3. Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country once a shipment reaches your country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such charges. Luxury Gold Palace has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
5. Signature Required
For your protection and security, all premium jewelry orders require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure it reaches you safely.
