1. Conditions for Returns
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, inclusive of all original packaging, tags, and any certificates (such as diamond grading reports).
- Items showing any signs of wear, resizing, or alteration by a third-party jeweler cannot be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their unique nature and for hygienic reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or bespoke orders
- Personalized or engraved items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Please contact our customer care team at info@luxurygoldpalace.com or +1 (302) 294-9513 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
- Securely package your item with all original materials.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. For your protection, we highly recommend shipping your return with a trackable, insured service (e.g., FedEx or UPS). Luxury Gold Palace is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds & Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
